The Best Earbuds for Sleep
Most earbuds were never built to be slept in. These were.
The Fitnexa SomniPods 3 are under 10 mm thick and weigh just 3.3 grams each, so you can lie on your side all night without feeling them. And they come with 40 tip and wing combinations so theyāll fit your ears *perfectly.*
The noise cancellation keeps out sounds that keep you up at night, from air conditioners to traffic, and the 12 hour battery life ensures youāre covered all night. And the library of white noise and binaural beats will help you chill the whole time.
The AI sleep coach tracks overnight movement and sleep patterns, then automatically generates next-day reports and recommendations, and sleep monitoring measures not only how long you sleep, but also how well you sleep.
My husband has tinnitus and has been looking for the perfect pair of long-battery life, comfy earbuds to help him sleep. Now I know what Iām getting him for his birthday.

What Future AI Engineers Need to Know About AI Agents
AI Agents are simpler than you thinkā¦. kinda.
The core agentic loop isnāt anything crazy. But the difference between understanding fundamentals and how agentic systems work reliably at scale should not be underestimated.
In this video, I break down:
How agents take action, and how tool calling works under the hood
Multi-step tasks
Improving results with skills
Ensuring reliable outputs
Context engineering for improved performance
And trusting your agent with evals

Whatās Your Rest Ethic?
Weāre all familiar with work ethic. For most high achievers, working hard comes naturally (or at the very least, we have systems in place to hustle when we need to).
What I often see in my coaching clients is that even when we know the importance of rest, we tend not to treat it with the same effort and attention that we do our work.
Sure, maybe weāll take an afternoon off, or even the weekend. But can we honestly say that weāre resting well? For most of us, the answer is no. We scroll or maybe watch a movie, and in the end hardly feel more recharged.
What we need is intentional rest. Not just unstructured time, but time that really fuels us.
This can take many different forms. It might be exercising, or seeing friends, or meditation. It might be a walk in nature, or reading a good book. We need to deeply disengage from the every day and give ourselves freedom to just be.
And thatās important, because itās easy for rest to become yet another thing we optimize. We think we have to do it the āright way,ā or it doesnāt count. We put pressure on ourselves both because we feel weāre not working enough, and then not resting enough. š
The irony is that when we stop treating ourselves like machines, we often become more effective. Weāre able to bring more energy, creativity, and presence to the work that matters to us.
So what if you approached rest with the same intentionality as your work? Not by scheduling every minute or optimizing every hobby, but by asking yourself: What actually leaves me feeling restored?
A strong work ethic will take you far. But a strong rest ethic will help you enjoy the journey, and ultimately, the journey is all there ever is.
